Travel from Tangkahan to Bukit Lawang today. On arrival, you can head out into the rainforest surrounding the lodge with your guide in search of the orangutan and other wildlife.

Morning transfer back to Medan for your flight to the capital city of Jakarta where a guide will be waiting to take you to your hotel. Your afternoon will be at leisure.

Transfer to Bandung today. This afternoon enjoy a traditional Javanese dance performance and learn about the local crafts at a traditional arts centre located just outside of Bandung.

Take a scenic train journey across western Java to Yogyakarta.

This morning you will visit the Kraton (Sultan's Palace) and explore the city. You have the rest of the day to explore the city at your own pace or relax at your hotel.

Rise early for the journey to Borobudur in time for sunrise at this ancient Buddhist temple. Later in the day, your guide will take you to the huge Hindu complex of Prambanan.

Depart your hotel and travel to the airport for your flight home.
